Terms and Conditions for Using Stalingrad Watch Co. Media Images
1. Grant of License: Stalingrad Watch Co. (the "Company") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Company's media images (the "Images") solely for the purpose of promoting and advertising the Company's products as an affiliate.
2. Ownership: The Company retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Images, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. The Images are the Company's proprietary property and are protected by applicable laws.
3. Permitted Use: You may use the Images on your website, social media channels, and other digital platforms for the sole purpose of promoting and advertising the Company's products as an affiliate. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from the Images without the Company's prior written consent.
4. Prohibited Use: You may not use the Images in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Images in a way that implies endorsement or sponsorship by the Company or its affiliates without prior written consent.
5. Trademark Use: The use of the Company's trademarks, trade names, or logos in connection with the Images is strictly prohibited without the Company's prior written consent.
6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Images or violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Images at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
8. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Images after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
By using the Company's Images, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
